McCarthy Tire Service

Dropped my car off 10 minutes early for an 11 am scheduled appointment. Explained that instead of sitting in the waiting room I was going to go walking. When I returned an hour later, the car had not even been taken into the bay. The guy who checked me in said the tech was running behind, which he absolutely had to have known at the time I dropped it off, but didn’t tell me. He offered no explanation beyond “the tech is running behind”, no apology, and no indication whatsoever that he cared in the slightest that they had just wasted my time – he was just totally indifferent. Surprising and disappointing, since we have gone there a handful of times before and had a positive experience. Will not be going back.

I bought 2 sets of tires mounted and balanced, had my ac compressor replaced. A few lights were not working; it wasn't the bulbs. All done timely and professionally Andrew and Aaron are the guys that will take care of you. Thanks to everyone behind the scenes also, the mechanics, the tire guys, management all made me feel welcome. I recommend Mcarthy's in Manassas to anyone needing there big trucks repaired or needing tires.

Dear McCarthy Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service we received from Mike Payne during our recent visit. From the moment we walked in, the professionalism and attentiveness of the personnel made a significant impression on me. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear explanations about the services I needed. About Mike, his friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond truly set your automotive center apart. I felt valued as a customer, and it was evident that Mike genuinely cares about his clients and their vehicles. As a result of this excellent experience, my family and I have decided to make McCarthy's my go-to place for my family's future automotive needs. Thank you for fostering such a welcoming environment and for having exceptional staff like Mike. Best regards, B.B.

Recently had taken two vehicles to McCarthy‘s for an alignment. The first one was A Jeep grand Cherokee. The owner of the vehicle stated that it was the best that it’s ever driven since it was new. Recently had my truck done and had also taken it to Ford under warranty, they stated that it was normal. The truck drives perfect now thank you.

I needed tires for my RV and I had such great service here when I had a wheel alignment that I knew McCarthy's was my go-to place for tires. I was not disappointed and in fact, was even happier. It was the end of the day when I called and they said to bring it in. Every person there was knowledgeable and helpful. I was not rushed. They took the time to educate me on what to look for in a tire. The customer service here is so great that I had no desire to look elsewhere for tires. The two tires were promptly put on my RV and I drove off. I can't say enough positive things about McCarthy's tire service except to encourage you to go there.
